Fill out the form
We have a form asking for your basic information as the owner and the details we need about the land or structure. Fill in the form, and we will assess it promptly.
Receive an email confirming that your property meets our initial criteria
Schedule an on-site visit for our assessor
As the owner of the land, you are free to choose the time and day you’re available. We will schedule the most convenient time when our representative can evaluate your property.
Sign the contract of lease and become a landlord
As the owner, we will meet with you to sign documents and finalize the deal. You can also ask more about tenants, listing, rent, and other clauses in the contract.
Receive a call confirming that we will be renting your property
It will take 1 to 2 days to evaluate the suitability of your property for a tenant and listing. If it’s a thumbs up, we will get in touch with the owner and make the confirmation.

We will require all legal documents of the land or structure you’re leasing. You also need to prepare clear photographs of the different areas of the land. Moreso, you need proof that you are the owner and have the right to lease it.

Do I need a realtor?

Not with us! We’ll handle the process of notification to HDB, and all other related legal processes, for you. You can become a landlord easily and with peace of mind, as we have experience handling all our our units in the same way as well.
